Verify your purchase
Use the licence reference in your purchase confirmation or downloaded licence file. We send a short-lived code to the purchase’s established billing contact. Each sign-in opens one purchase; sign out to choose another.
Lost your reference, changed email or unable to sign in? Contact support. A link in an old email does not sign you in.
Check an invited beta licence
This shows your licence’s dates only. It does not start its allowance or give access to billing or other seats.
Current seat tokens
Revealing or downloading returns the same current tokens. Keep them private and share each seat only with its intended team member.
Request token replacement
Select the affected seats above. An administrator replaces them; their old tokens stop working and affected active connections must reconnect with the new tokens. Other seats are unchanged.
We replace the selected seat tokens within two working days after receiving your verified request. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays in Austria.
